Overview

Quick way of applying a colour or another style to a piece of text.

Parameters

1. The text to style
2. The colour (CSS style, so keywords ('blue', 'black', 'navy') or 3 or 6 hex digit colour codes '#fff' '#ace' '#225588') to apply
3. (Optional) any other CSS declarations to apply to the text

Usage

{{span|text to style|colour[|more:css; options:as, required;]}}

Examples

The following:

{{span|This is red|red}}

Gives:

This is red

The following:

{{span|''This is green, italic and underlined''|green|text-decoration:underline}}

will display:

This is green, italic and underlined

And finally:

{{span|SPOILERS!!|black|background-color:black}}

Shows:

SPOILERS!!
