Basic Navigation Template

This template can be used as a base for any navigation panel for collections of pages in a wiki.

The structure of the nav table is entirely flexible - the example is just an example of how it might be used (which wholly co-incidentally matches the Template:Multichar-nav template).

The 'talkToo' template it uses adds a superscripted 'T' link to the talk page if a talk page exists for the target page.
