Template:Ticket

Inserts a link to an incident ticket on the nethelpdesk web application.

Usage

Call the ticket template with a single parameter - that being the ticket number to represent in the wikitext.

Parameters

The single parameter is the ticket ID of the incident to provide a link to.

eg.

{{ticket|8399}}

will output:

ticket 8399

Not providing this parameter will emit a default text value,

ie.

{{ticket}}

will output:

ticket ???
